Bread of heaven In this special project for the Tretyakov Gallery, the well-known artist Gor Chahal (born 1961) shares a conversation about the sacred in the language of contemporary art. Liturgy, the Divine Energies, the Tabor Light, and iconographic space are the themes of his work. In particular, the artist has succeeded in implementing the principle of reverse perspective, employed in ancient icon painting, by means of photography. |
